The Township of South Glengarry Council received a presentation from EVB Engineering for the Glen Walter Servicing Master Plan, approved an RFP for a Parks and Recreation Master Plan, and approved an RFP for the production of South Glengarry Road sings.

Presentation – Glen Walter Servicing Master Plan Update – Marco Vincelli (EVB Engineering)

  • EVB Engineering is updating the Draft Glen Walter Water and Wastewater Master Servicing Plan, which will be circulated and finalized.
  • The next step recommended to Council is to initiate an environmental assessment.

RFP 13-2021 – Parks and Recreation Master Plan

  • Council approved the RFP for the Parks and Recreation Master Plan to Mehak, Kelly & Associates for $58,745 (plus HST).

RFP 24-2021 – Production of South Glengarry Road Signs

  • Council approved the RFP for the production of South Glengarry Road signs to Shane Sign for $46,047.50 (plus HST).

  • Departmental Update – Corporate Services (September 2021)
  • Departmental Update – Infrastructure Services (September 2021)
  • Departmental Update – Finance Services (September 2021)

  • Departmental Update – Parks, Recreation and Culture (September 2021)
  • Departmental Update – Planning, Building and Enforcement
  • Letter – St. Lawrence Agricultural Society – Halloween Movie NightCouncil moved into a closed session.

Council moved into a closed session.

The next regular meeting of Council will be Monday, November 01, 2021.
