• Council identified a Chiefs committee to meet and recommend a possible commemoration event for September 30 (National Day for Truth and Reconciliation).

• A briefing was provided on an upcoming fundraiser, administration will follow up with EOC to provide COVID-19 safety guidance.

• Council agreed that no meeting will occur next week due to the scheduled holiday.

• MCR’s passed: Approval of issuance of cannabis retail license; Approval of 2021-2024 Council Portfolio; Approval of lease on Thompson Island; Approval of participation in REASON project with Clarkson University; Approval Ministry of Health LHIN compliance declaration.
