JobZone d’Emploi and Canada-Ontario Jobs Grant (COJG) are offering a grant opportunity for employers. The purpose of this grant is to help your business alleviate a portion of the costs associated with purchasing training for your employees. The COJG will provide direct financial support of up to $15,000 to employers who wish to purchase training for their employees.

This opportunity is available for small, medium, and large businesses and for current employees or new hires.

This is a great opportunity for your business to invest in the skills development of current staff members so they can advance in your company or hire new employees to fill gaps in your organization. If you’ve been reluctant to implement new procedures processes into your business because of a lack of skill in your workforce, this could be a solution to get your staff trained and prepared to continue to grow with your business.

For more information and to see if you are eligible, contact Jordan Amelott (COJG Liaison) at 613-933-9675 ext 314 or email jamelotte@jobzonedemploi.ca
